The Manama Waterfront project is a revitalisation and development of a strip of coastal land of 70,800 sqm in the City of Manama.
The land is currently composed of King Faisal Corniche, former harbour space, and seawall revetments.
The new waterfront development designed by SSH aims to create a multi-functional landscape that suits the contemporary lifestyle and needs, while also establishing a new ecosystem on the site.
The design consists of a pedestrian and jogging lane, a bicycle track, seating areas, outdoor gym, communal facilities and commercial development.
