Villa Riyadh is a large private residence designed to the highest standards of luxury, quality and comfort.
The villa comprises of a basement, ground floor and first floor with all the typical living spaces and amenities in addition to very unique spaces such as: a music room, a family staircase, a large dining, lounge, salon and living room as well as a gymnasium.
Platform 78 was appointed to full acoustic design and consulting services for the Villa from the design phase through to construction administration. Acoustic criteria and design guidelines were established through acoustic modelling and calculations enabling us to give design recommendations.
