The Dream Tower Residence is a 27-storey residential tower located just steps from the coastline of Limassol.
It aims to offer a platinum level of island living to discerning residents seeking quality, beauty, and exclusivity. It optimizes the true meaning of living the Mediterranean dream.
Platform 78 submitted a layout study which consists of 7 different typical floor layouts. In order to achieve the desired goal of The Dream Tower Residence, we incorporated a corridor and a common area to allow more natural light and uninterrupted views into the building while creating a space for tenants to interact.
